Hola! Been asked to write in english so ill do my best and try to write in both swedish and english. Had a sleep-in this morning so i woke up 8:00. Dont work until 12 so been having time to fix some at home. Will be working to 8:00 pm though, and gym afterwards. Cant workout in the mornings because i dont have the same energy then as i do inte evening. Sometimes i wish i finished work about four o'clock so i could workout five o'clock when i have the most energy. But thats life. I like my work so its not too bad. Today i have back and biceps on my schedule. Love it. Back never been a favorite to workout but i actually changed my mind and now i think its one of the best workouts. Its weird how you change haha.
